Russell Brand - Spiderman 4 Villain

Listening to Russell Brands podcast the other day from the BBC Radio 2 website made me think to bring up a valid, but random question. Russell Brand said in his podcast that he was contacted by Toby McGuire (Spiderman). Russell Brand was contemplating himself being asked to be a Spiderman villain in the new Spiderman 4 film. Now after some thought and on the matter Brand would make a great Spiderman baddy! I started to do a bit of research to see if anyone was cast and realised that Empire Movie website is actually running an article on who should be the next Spiderman villain!
Unfortunately Russell Brand wasn’t on the Empire short-list, but that’s not to say he’d not be good at the roll, so I posed the question, if Russell Brand was a Spiderman Villain, who would you cast him as?
My choice is;

Russell brand should star as Dr. Zellner, a mad scientist type, Dr. Zellner came about in the Spiderman animated series in 2003; He developed a drug that would make stupid people intelligent. He tested it on thug twins Jack and Mack and used them to commit crimes.
Who would you cast him as or who would it be that you would cast?
