Lemonade Cake
This one might sound a little unusual but believe me it is yummy…
Ingredients:
3 cups of flower
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of sunflower oil
1 cup of lemonade
4 eggs
a little bit of salt
1 small packet of baking powder
1 small packet of vanilla sugar
Mix everything together in a bowl and stir until smooth. Bake mixture in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Top the cake with whatever you fancy
I’d recommend Icing sugar with some lemon zest
hmmmm…
